If you and/or your guests are unable to attend an event and must cancel your reservation(s),
please submit notice of your cancellation via email to
shannon.cunningham@mail.wvu.edu
. Written requests for cancellation/refund will be accepted until May 1,
2026. We will hold 5% of the refund for processing fees. No refunds will be
given after May 1 as all reservations will have been confirmed with the venue(s)
at which the events will be held. Conference no-shows will not receive a refund.
Substitute attendees are permitted.
