If you and/or your guests are unable to attend an event and must cancel your reservation(s),
please submit notice of your cancellation via email to stefanie.moore
@mail.wvu.edu. Written requests for cancellation/refund will be accepted until
April 30, 2023. We will hold 5% of the refund for processing fees. No refunds will be given after April 30 as all reservations will have been confirmed with the venue(s)
at which the events will be held. Conference no-shows will not receive a refund.
Substitute attendees are permitted.
