If you and/or your guests are unable to attend an event and must cancel your reservation(s), please submit notice of your cancellation via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Written requests for cancellation/refund will be accepted until April 30, 2019. All refunds are subject to a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be given after April 30 as all reservations will have been confirmed with the venue(s) at which the events will be held. Conference no-shows will not receive a refund. Substitute attendees will be permitted (by written request) until May 15, 2019.
