Tongtong holds a Master’s degree in Communication Leadership from the University of Washington and a Digital Marketing certificate from Yale School of Management. Her career spans startups to global corporations and includes experience in both B2B and B2C marketing. She has worked for SAP, Amazon, and (currently) TikTok. With a strong foundation in digital media, she has moved from digital marketing and social media analysis to product operations, transitioning from business technology to e-commerce. Across all roles, data-driven decision-making is key to her approach. Tongtong is also active in alumni programs, mentoring students from undergraduate to graduate levels.
