    Maria Amoruso is the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for NexTier Bank; one of Southwestern Pennsylvania’s fastest growing community financial services organizations. In her role as CMO, Maria is responsible for the bank’s marketing, brand management, communications, community relations, and public relations. Additionally, she oversees Treasury Management and is responsible for organic growth of the bank’s deposit relationships.

    Adjunct Instructor, West Virginia University

    Michael Lynch recently served as the director of loyalty marketing and market research at Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises for 11 years. In his role, he was responsible for all direct marketing efforts including; strategy, teleservices, Frequent Diner loyalty club, email marketing, website and operational customer relationship management. Lynch was also responsible for research and market survey analysis.
